Currency Conversion
Considering the nature of our product, most of our shoppers are probably already acutely aware of the dynamic nature of currency conversion rates. 🙂
However, we still must state explicitly that the onscreen converted prices are approximate. The shopping cart will be our price in US dollars. Depending on how you make your payment, you may be charged a conversion fee. This fee is controlled by your bank, credit card issuer, or PayPal. It will added on top of our price. You will have to refer to the above mentioned service providers you use for details.

Non USA Orders
Orders entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs duties and taxes are generally assessed if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed they are collected from the recipient.

Exchanges possible if your item was received damaged.
We make every effort possible to completely and accurately inform the buyers of what they are buying on our site. We typically wait at least 24hrs before processing an order just to “make sure”, but once an order has been shipped we feel that we are delivering the product as promised. If your item was delivered damaged, contact us immediately. We will ask that you return the damaged product and we will replace it.
We really do care. Do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns or questions. Our No Refund Policy is to protect us, but it does not mean that we are unreasonable
